Ho provato poi tutte le soluzioni disponibili. Alla fine l\'alternativa migliore l\'ho trovata a questo sito:

Soluzione però non definitiva. In quanto sono riuscito a fare tutti gli ordinamenti che mi aspettavo, ma facendo dei test con db con oltre 50000 documenti, ho riscontrato tempi quasi non accettabili e in piu, in casi particolari mi andava in errore l\'http task con messaggi di out of memory.
Alla fine mi sono rivolto al supporto di IBM, che mi hanno suggerito lo stesso sito che ti ho riportato sopra. Dicendomi che avevano gia chiuso una chiamata simile, riportando come soluzione quella proposta da Mark Leusink. Ho spiegato tutte le mie perplessità e oggi mi hanno scritto:
"I have checked the status of this issue and discussed the PMR with our Xpage L3 development team: the issue in the PMR also reported in the SPR OIHZ874MFL has been a big request from customers and development said it has been added to the 8.5.3 codestream (two days ago), this will mean that the functionality will be added and documented in the next 8.5.3 release".
Tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene :)
