This error is known to occur when the Monitoring Results database (statrep.nsf) has become corrupt. The known workarounds are listed below:
1. Delete all the entries in the statrep.nsf and then run maintenance (fixup, compact, updall) against the database.
or
2. Recreate the statrep.nsf.
