E\' una configurazione che ho fatto alcuni anni fa e onestamente non ricordo i dettagli.

Di seguito ti riporto comunque la configurazione del mio server, sia mai....:
Allow messages to be sent only to the following external internet domains: (vuoto)
Deny messages to be sent to the following external internet domains: * (* means all)
Allow messages only from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains: [66.77.88.99] (ip di un appliance in dmz che riceve la posta ed effettua antivirus/antispam)
Deny messages from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains: (vuoto)
Perform Anti-Relay enforcement for these connecting hosts: external host
Exclude these connecting hosts from anti-relay checks: [192.168.1.0] (tutta la rete, ahimč o qualche utente con OE)
Exceptions for authenticated users: Allow all authenticated users to relay
