Delete or rename these files in the Lotus\Notes Program files directory:

NCMENU.DLL
NCSCAN.DLL
NCTRACE.DLL
NCINSTALL.DLL
Remove the following two lines in the NOTES.INI file:
AddInMenus=NCMenu
EXTMGR_ADDINS=NCExtMgr
