L\'errore è il 554, perchè dici che è strano, non è esattamente quello che viene generato quando agisce la RBL?
Comunque eccoti un pezzo di log con SMTPDebug=2, come vedi l\'host spammer viene rilevato ma la connessione non viene chiusa.. a me sembra un bug di Domino..
