Multiples copies of emails received on the handheld, regardless of the age of the message or how many copies were already received is caused by the Lotus Domino server. The Lotus Domino server includes functionality that temporarily deletes messages from the inbox, before re-adding them with the same message ID as before. The BlackBerry Internet Service removes deleted messages from its list of known message IDs. When the messages are added to the inbox again, the BlackBerry Internet Service identifies them as new messages. Manuel, you may advise the customer to remove the acount from integration and set forwarding rules instead to forward the email to one of the integrated email account
