1. Open the template in Designer.
2. Open Script Library - FollowUpUtilities_it-IT (se si utilizzano altri language pack selezionare la lingua in questione)
3. Open Routine RemoveFollowUpItemsFromMessage
4. On line 17 change the value in DateValue to 12/7/1989
Refreshed the design of the problem user, flags could be added and removed with no errors.
