Problem
In Domino 6.5.3, 6.5.4 or 6.5.5, you attempt to archive and delete documents from a database using the "compact -a" command from the Domino console, for example:
load compact -a mail/db.nsf
You find, however, that although the documents are archived, the console log shows the following:
load compact -A mail/administ.nsf
17:49:18 Archiving documents from mail/administ.nsf (Administrator)
17:49:18 Opened session for RcfMail/RcfDomain (Release 6.5.3)
17:49:18 Pushing mail/administ.nsf to RcfMail/RcfDomain archive\a_admini.nsf
17:49:18 Partially replicated RcfMail/RcfDomain archive\a_admini.nsf (due to previously reported error)
17:49:18 Pushing mail/administ.nsf to RcfMail/RcfDomain archive\a_admini.nsf
17:49:18 Partially replicated RcfMail/RcfDomain archive\a_admini.nsf (due to previously reported error)
17:49:19 Archived mail/administ.nsf, 0 documents were archived and 0 were deleted
17:49:19 Database compactor process shutdown
The errors have no negative impact on the archiving itself.
Solution
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been fixed in Domino 6.5.4 Fix Pack 2 (FP2) and Domino 6.5.5 Fix Pack 1 (FP1) and 6.5.6.

SPR# CSAH5YYHYZ - Removed a redundant and confusing error message indicating that replication only partially completed due to an error. Now we only log true replication errors as they occur. This issue was fixed by removing this error message "Partially replicated RcfMail/RcfDomain archive\a_admini.nsf (due to previously reported error)" because it wasn\'t applicable and caused confusion.
