Configure the server to use DWALoginForm
From the Domino Administrator, open the Domino Web Server Configuration (DOMCFG.NSF) application. If this application does not exist, you must create one using the procedure in Step 1 above and selecting the DOMCFG5.NTF template.
Click Add mapping.
Change the Target Database to your Lotus iNotes Redirect application.
Change the Target Form to DWALoginForm.
Save and close.
