Alla fine ho cambiato strategia!
Avevo bisogno di un accesso ai db di posta per sbloccare il pop3 (vedi questa discussione http://forum.dominopoint.it/Dominopoint/new_forum.nsf/WebBoardSub?OpenView&RestrictToCategory=5AC8983D51E89E26C12574E9003C7483&Count=30&ExpandSection=2)
Alla fine ho creato un agent con lotusscript schedulato ogni x minuti, ecco il sorgente:
